摘要
为了验证电厂某型号风机盘管样机在不同地震载荷作用中的结构完整性和功能完好性,采用多频波法在某型号风机盘管样机的正交轴向(X、Y、Z方向)同时进行激振,将试验要求的响应谱(RRS)转换成人工模拟加速度信号,将该加速度信号作为地震台台面的控制信号,通过该控制信号在某大型高性能地震模拟试验台上对某型号风机盘管样机进行5次运行基准试验(OBE)和1次安全停堆地震(SSE)试验。试验结果表明,某型号风机盘管样机在OBE和SSE试验中及试验后均结构完整,在OBE试验中及试验后功能完好。
In order to examine the operability and structural integrity of the van and coiler system during and after an earthquake, the multi-frequencies seismic qualification test shall be completed on the axis of X, Y, Z, at the same time. During the test, the required response spectrum(RRS) is translated as the artificial time history. The artificial time history is used as the control signal input into the control system of the shake table. Five operating basis earthquake(OBE) tests and one safe shutdown earthquake(SSE) test are applied on this highly functional shake table. The test results show that, the structural integrity of the equipment during and after OBE and SSE satisfies the requirement of related standards. The operability of the equipment during and after OBE satisfies the requirement of specification.
