摘要
为了验证自动垂直钻井工具系统的整体性能是否满足设计要求,研制了自动垂直钻井工具系统整体性能多功能试验台架。试验台架采用多级耐腐蚀离心泵为主的清水循环系统,通过变频来模拟实际钻井中钻井液流量的变化,确定工具对排量的适应范围;采用模拟转盘旋转装置有效模拟实际钻井中工具旋转的工况。地面试验结果表明:该台架设计合理,功能齐全,满足了自动垂直钻井工具系统的功能试验要求,缩短了工具研发周期。所得结论可为自动直钻井工具系统的现场应用提供参考。
An automatic multi-function test rack for vertical drilling tool system has been developed to verify whether the overall performance of the automatic vertical drilling tool system meets the design requirements. The test rack has the water circulation system with multi-stage corrosion-resistance centrifugal pump,which can simulate the change of the drilling fluid flow in the actual drilling through the frequency conversion to determine the applicable range of the tool to the displacement. The rotary table simulation device could simulate the rotating conditions of tools during drilling. The ground test results show that the rack could meet the functional testing requirements of automatic vertical drilling tool system with rational design and complete function,which could shorten the tool development cycle. The conclusions could provide references for the field application of automatic drilling tool system.
