摘要

国家重大节假日高速公路免费政策对上海市高速公路网产生了重大影响,路网流量屡攀高峰的同时也产生了年度流量峰值,使整个路网运行压力极大。通过对前六轮免费通行节假日高速公路运行情况的梳理,从流量、事故率等角度进行分析,提炼出节假日高速公路网的运行特征,并进一步探究造成路网拥堵的深层原因。
        Shanghai highway has been greatly influenced by the highway toll free policy in major holidays.The traffic volume of highway network has been improved constantly and the peak annual volume has also been produced during the major holidays.The paper analyzes the operation characteristics of the highway network from the perspective of traffic volume.accident rate,etc.based on the operation of the first six rounds free-toll holidays.The deep causes of road network congestion have also been explored.
