冬奥会举办城市冰雪资源开发经验及启示

摘要
运用文献资料法等,对近6届冬奥会举办城市冰雪资源开发经验进行研究,提出对2022年北京冬奥会冰雪资源开发的建议。主要经验有:注重冰雪特色,挖掘自然资源潜力;考虑后期利用,场馆资源整体规划在先;市场调节,打造冰雪组织资源开发模式;倡导环保观念,冰雪资源高效利用;凸显文化底蕴,强化冰雪人文资源融合。对我国的启示:高效耦合,构建区域协同发展观;规划在先,生态化开发冰雪场馆资源;打破惯性,加快资源产品化开发步伐;文化先导,凸显冰雪人文资源底蕴;优势互补,探索组织资源整合新模式。
By using literature reviews and some other research methods, this paper studies experience and enlightenment on ice and snow resources in the host cities of Winter Olympic Games, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of ice and snow resources of the coming XXIV Olympic Winter Games in Beijing. The main experience can be listed as follows: focus on the characteristics of the ice and snow itself for the the exploration on natural resources development; pay attention to the post-use and future cultural effects before making plans for the stadiums; match market for the establishment of organization development mode; ecologically develop ice and snow venues resources;highlight the combination on ice and snow resources with public activities; Suggestions: establish recognition on coordinate cooperation; plan first for the ecologically development on ice and snow venues resources; speed up on the exploration of making products; emphasize the importance on cultures of ice and snow; develop strengths and avoid weakness on the integration of combination on resources.
