摘要
以优化北冬虫夏草液体培养基为目的,对比分析了不同的碳源、氮源、无机盐对北冬虫夏草液体菌丝生物量及多糖的影响。结果表明:与常用北冬虫夏草液体培养基相比,采用麸皮作为碳源,北冬虫夏草胞内多糖和胞外多糖含量均较高;有机氮作为氮源的菌丝生物量及胞外多糖含量均优于无机氮源;Zn~(2+)对北冬虫夏草菌丝体生长影响较大,当培养基中添加质量分数为0.1%的ZnSO_4,北冬虫夏草的生物量为1.45 mg/mL,菌丝体胞内多糖和胞外多糖含量分别是32.91 mg/g和6.48 mg/100 mL。
        Cordyceps militaris, which is an ideal substitute for cordyceps, has a variety of active substances and a wide range of pharmacological effects. In this paper, to optimize the culture medium of Cordyceps militaris, we studied the effects of different carbon sources, nitrogen sources and inorganic salts on the culture medium of Cordyceps militaris. Compared with the conventional medium,the results show that: Bran is more appropriate, and the use of bran as a carbon source of intracellular polysaccharide and extracellular polysaccharide content are higher; The organic nitrogen as a nitrogen source in the mycelium of biomass and extracellular polysaccharide content is better than inorganic nitrogen; Zn~(2+) has a great effect on the growth of Cordyceps sinensis, and the biomass is up to 1.45 mg/mL with 0.1% ZnSO_4 added to the medium. The content of extracellular polysaccharide and extracellular polysaccharide in mycelia are 32.91 mg/g and 6.48 mg/100 mL, respectively.
