摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,社会对高等教育,特别是研究生教育创新能力的培养也提出了越来越高的要求。当下,对于创新型研究生培养的目标尚非十分明确,同时其培养模式也缺乏统一的管理标准与规范。针对上述问题,笔者结合自身团队多年的研究生培养经验,进行了详细的探讨与论述,并从实践的角度给出了一套完善的建议。
With the continuous development of economic level of China, the society takes more and more high request to the higher education, especially to the graduate education. Nowadays, we still lack a explicit training objective of innovative post-graduate students, and meanwhile, we also lack an uniform management standard of the training model.To solve the problems listed above, in this paper, we discuss these problems in theory and provide some suggestions in the aspect of practice by combining the experiences of training post-graduate students in our scientific research team.
