矿山企业应急救援培训效果评估体系构建研究

摘要
培训效果评估是考察培训项目是否达到培训目标、分析培训体系是否有效的重要途径。鉴于目前我国尚缺乏针对矿山企业应急救援培训的效果评估体系,难以及时发现和针对性解决矿山企业应急救援培训体系建设中存在的问题。结合实际工作特点及现状,制定了矿山企业应急救援培训效果评估体系设计原则;通过对柯氏经典评价模型、CIPP评价模型等国内外多种普适性培训效果评价模型研究分析,运用专家咨询法对评估体系各项指标进行了选取,构建了较为完善的针对于矿山企业应急救援培训的效果评估体系;应用层次分析法确定了各评估指标的权重;运用模糊数学基本理论构建了矿山安全应急救援培训效果评估模型;通过实证研究,表明该评估模型不仅能够优化应急救援培训项目设计,还有助于矿山企业应急救援水平的提升。
        The evaluation of training effectiveness is an important way to investigate whether the training project meets the training target and analyzes whether the training system is effective. In view of the current lack of effectiveness evaluation system for the emergency rescue training of mine enterprises in china,it is difficult to find out and solve the problems in the construction of emergency rescue training system of mine enterprises in time. Combined with the characteristics of actual work and current situation,the design principles of training effectiveness evaluation system for mine enterprises is formulated. Through the classical Kirkpatrick evaluation model,CIPP evaluation model and other domestic and foreign comprehensive training effectiveness evaluation model research and analysis,by using the Expert Consultation Method to the evaluation system indicators were selected to build a more perfect for the mine enterprise Emergency Rescue Training Effectiveness evaluation system. The weights of each evaluation index are determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Based on the basic theory of fuzzy mathematics,the evaluation model of mine safety Emergency rescue training is established. Through empirical research,it is shown that this model can not only optimize the design of emergency rescue training project,but also improve the level of emergency rescue.
