摘要
肿瘤往往是由于基因发生突变、缺失等原因造成的,而肿瘤的发病机制是非常复杂的,自从基因测序技术的出现,并且随着基因测序技术的不断发展,基因测序技术通过对数据的分析及比对,检测出发生突变或者缺失的基因,用来研究肿瘤的发病机制,这对临床上治疗肿瘤起到了一定的推进作用。基因测序技术由一代发展至今已有三代,随着技术的不断改进,测序需要的试剂、时间等在不断的减少,给肿瘤的治疗带来了很多福音。目前,基因测序技术已经可以通过筛查易染基因做到预防恶性肿瘤,通过对个人基因的研究,制定个性化治疗方案,但是需要从大量数据中提取到有价值的基因信息仍然存在着一系列的问题。本文将简单阐述基因测序技术的发展历程,并将其在肿瘤方面的应用,做一简单的总结。
Tumors are often caused by gene mutation and deletion, and the pathogenesis of tumors is very complicated. Since the advent and continuous development of gene sequencing technology, gene sequencing technology has detected the mutated or deleted genes through data analysis and comparison to study the pathogenesis of tumors, which has played a certain role in promoting the clinical treatment of tumors. Gene sequencing technology has been developed for three generations. With the continuous improvement of technology, reagents and time needed for sequencing are constantly decreasing, which has brought a lot of good news to the treatment of tumors. At present, gene sequencing technology has been able to prevent malignant tumors by screening susceptible genes. Through the study of individual genes, a personalized treatment plan is formulated, but there are still a series of problems to extract valuable gene information from a large number of data. In this paper, the development of gene sequencing technology will be briefly described, and its application in tumor will be briefly summarized.
