摘要
针对基夫赛特生产过程中参数修正滞后造成的炉内反应状态频繁变化的问题,采用过程数据和冶炼反应原理建立一套基夫赛特炉离线仿真数学模型。模型主要包括配料计算、投料计算和反馈调节三部分。通过模型计算,为参数修正提供指导,达到优化生产、稳固炉况、提高冶炼效率的效果。
Aiming at the frequent change of reaction condition in furnace caused by parameter correction lag in KIVCET furnace manufacturing process,an off-line simulation mathematical model for KIVCTE furnace is established adopting the process data and smelting reaction principle. The model mainly contains mixture calculation,charge calculation and feedback regulation,and can provide guidance for parameter correction based on the model calculation,which achieves the goal of optimizing manufacture,stabilizing furnace condition and improving the efficiency of smelting.
