摘要
通过对堆垛机运行定位原理的分析,将先进的模糊控制理论应用于堆垛机速度控制,并且采用MAT-LAB软件进行了模拟仿真。结果证明,采用了先进控制算法后提高了堆垛机的定位精度,改善了运行速度曲线,对实现堆垛机的智能化控制具有一定的借鉴价值。
In this paper the advanced fuzzy control theory is applied to the speed control of the stacker through the analysis of the operation and positioning principle of the stacker, and the simulation is carried out by using MATLAB software. It turns out that the advanced control algorithm is adopted to improve the positioning accuracy of the stacker and the running speed curve. It has a certain reference value for realizing the intelligent control of the stacker.
