摘要
针对唐山中厚板材有限公司塑料模具钢SM50钢板表面裂纹缺陷,采用生产工艺情况调查、能谱分析和金相分析相结合的方法,对裂纹产生的原因进行了深入分析。结果表明,SM50钢板表面裂纹缺陷并非铸坯原生裂纹导致,而是由于连铸坯在处于两相区时热装,铸坯晶粒度极不均匀导致的热装裂纹。通过改进现有工艺,提出了对铸坯进行下线缓冷、温装入炉的改进措施。新工艺实施后,SM50钢热装裂纹缺陷比例由原来的4.24%下降到0.30%以下,钢板表面裂纹率大幅降低。
        Aiming at the crack defect on the plate surface of plastic mold steel SM50 in Tangshan steel,the causes of crack were analyzed in depth by means of production process investigation,energy spectrum analysis and metallographic analysis.The result showed that the surface crack defect of SM50 steel plate was not caused by the original cracks of the casting slab,but the hot-packed crack caused by the extremely uneven grain size of the cast slab due to the hot-filling of the continuous casting billet in the two-phase region.Through improving the existing production process,the improvement measures of slow cooling and warm loading of casting billet into the furnace were proposed.After the new process was implemented,the proportion of cracks in the hot-packed crack of SM50 steel decreased from 4.24%to less than 0.30%,and the surface crack rate of steel plate decreased significantly.
