饲料中添加抗菌肽粗提物对仔猪生长性能及蓝耳病疫苗免疫抗体水平的影响

摘要
为探讨抗菌肽粗提物对仔猪生长性能及蓝耳病疫苗免疫抗体水平的影响,试验选择(28±2)日龄、体重相近断奶仔猪90只,随机分成3组,每个组30只,1组饲喂基础日粮为对照组,2和3组分别在基础日粮中添加0.25%、0.5%的抗菌肽粗提物,试验期为30 d。试验结束测定生长性能及蓝耳病免疫抗体水平。结果表明:试验3组试验末重和平均日增重分别较对照组提高4.92%、7.27%(P <0.05),试验3组料重比较对照组降低5.81%(P <0.05);试验3组抗体IPRC值和合格率分别较对照组提高55.70%、27.98%(P <0.05);试验3组变异系数较对照组降低31.84%(P <0.05)。综上,添加0.5%抗菌肽粗提物可以提高仔猪生长性能及蓝耳病疫苗免疫抗体水平。
        In order to explore the effect of antibacterial peptide crude extract on the growth of piglets and the immune antibody level of the blue ear disease vaccine,a total of 90 piglets with similar weaned at(28±2)days were randomly divided into 3 groups,30 in each group.The 1 group was fed basal diet as the control group.The 2 ~ 3 groups added 0.25% and 0.5% of the crude extracts from the basal diet,and the test period was 30 d.At the end of the experiment,the growth performance and the immune antibody level of the blue ear disease were measured.The results showed that the final weight and average daily gain of the 3 group were 4.92% and7.27% higher than those of the control group,respectively(P < 0.05).The weight ratio of the 3 group was 5.81%lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The IPRC value and the pass rate of the 3 group were 55.70%and 27.98% higher than those of the control group,respectively(P < 0.05).The coefficient of variation of the 3 group was 31.84% lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).In conclusion that addition of 0.5%antimicrobial peptides could improve the growth performance of piglets and the immune antibody level of the blue ear vaccine.
