摘要
人因工程(HFE)任务支持验证(TSV)关注支持任务需求所需的物项可用性,即确保人机接口(HSI)设计能够提供人员执行任务必需的报警、信息、控制和任务支持。目前,公开标准和文献中提到的TSV方法更多地被应用于新建电厂项目。其关注点与电厂改造项目有一定差异,不能完全适用于电厂改造项目。对电厂改造与新建电厂TSV的差异进行了分析,并基于此提出了适用于电厂改造的TSV总体框架、实施方法和过程。它是一种以改造变更项为核心,围绕变更项对人机交互的影响进行分析和验证的方法。这一方法被应用于秦山核电厂控制室整体改造项目,并取得了良好的效果,证明了其对于电厂改造项目的有效性。
        Human factors engineering(HFE) task support verification(TSV) addresses the availability of items needed to support task requirements in order to ensure that the human system interface(HSI) provides the needed alarms,information,controls,and task support for personnel to perform their tasks.Currently,most of the TSV methods mentioned in public standards and literatures are applied to new built plant,whose focus point differs in some way from plant reconstruction projects.These differences between TSV of plant reconstruction and new built plant projects are analyzed.Based on it,the framework,implementation method and process of TSV which applies to plant reconstruction are proposed.It is a method of analyzing and verifying the impact of changes on human system interaction.This method has been used in Qinshan NPP control room reconstruction project and has acquired a good effect,which verified effectiveness of this method.
