不同信息视域环境下的跨学科协同信息行为

摘要
【目的/意义】探究不同信息视域环境下的协同信息行为,旨在丰富协同信息行为影响因素模型,并为优化跨学科信息资源服务提供参考。【方法/过程】通过提供特定信息导航工具和放开人际资源构成了不同信息视域环境,对35名实验者开展受控实验,收集协同信息行为数据,利用HMM(隐马尔科夫模型)方法分析协同信息行为的变化。【结果/结论】研究得出导航工具环境下,实验者协同信息行为模式从"人-人"式转变为"人-系统"式;放开人际资源环境下,实验者协同信息行为模式由"主-主"式转变为"主-从"式。
【Purpose/significance】Explore the collaborative information behavior under different information horizons, thispaper enriches the model of influencing factors of collaborative information behavior and provides suggestions for optimiz-ing inter-disciplined information resource services.【Method/process】Construct different information horizon environmentsby providing specific information navigation tools and releasing interpersonal resources, conduct controlled experiments on35 experimenters, collect collaborative information behavior data, and use HMM(Hidden Markov Model) method to analyzechanges in the behavior of collaborative information.【Result/conclusion】When the navigation tool is provided, the collab-orative mode changes from"human to human"to"human to system".With the liberalization of interpersonal resources, thecollaborative mode changes from"master-master"to "master-slave" style.
