摘要
为实现对微量试样的便携化检测,设计了集成式安培传感器结构,并以此为核心设计了三层复合结构微流控芯片,并建立数值仿真模型对传感器及芯片结构进行优化。结果显示:选用圆形检测池结构降低芯片装配难度的同时,减小检测池入口处的微沟道宽度,对传感器工作电极表面的试样传质扩散影响最小。以仿真结果为依据,确定了圆形检测池及其入口的结构参数。与普通圆形检测池相比,流经检测池内工作电极表面的试样区带浓度提升了4.51%。
        In order to achieve the portable detection of trace samples,an integrated amperometric sensor structure was designed.Then a three-layer composite microfluidic chip was designed based on the sensor.The numerical simulation model was used to optimize the sensor and chip structure. The simulation results show that,select circular detection cell while reducing the entrance of the micro channel width can not only reduce the difficulty of chip assembly but also limit the sample mass transfer diffusion near the sensor electrode surface.Based on the simulation results,the structural parameters of the circular detection cell and its entrance are determined.Compared with the ordinary circular detection cell,the sample concentration that passed through the electrode surface can increase by 4.51%.
