摘要
文章针对核电工程中小管径厚壁管、中管径薄/厚壁管等不同厚度的管道焊缝,在经过冲洗试压完成后,管道内存在水等介质的射线探伤问题进行了原因分析,用工艺试验进行实际验证,提出了正确的探伤工艺,经对比试验及检验验证,得出了小管径可以在内部存在液态介质探伤的结论,有助于及时满足RT抽检比例的全覆盖、工艺流程的完善,可促进工艺调试的顺利进行,从而促进工程建设进度。
        In view of the thick wall pipe of small-diameter pipe,the thin/thick wall pipes and other thick pipe welds in the nuclear power project,the paper shows us the cause analysis of the ray flaw detection problem in the medium of water,such as water and other medium,Which was analyzed after the test pressure completed.The actual test was carried out with the process test,and the test can put forward and the test tested.The test and test verification show that there is a conclusion that the pipe diameter can be detected inside the liquid medium.It is helpful to meet the full coverage of the RT sampling and the perfection of the process flow in time.It can promote the process of the process debugging smoothly,and thus can promote the construction progress.
