摘要
文章针对核电工程中小管径厚壁管、中管径薄/厚壁管等不同厚度的管道焊缝,在经过冲洗试压完成后,管道内存在水等介质的射线探伤问题进行了原因分析,用工艺试验进行实际验证,提出了正确的探伤工艺,经对比试验及检验验证,得出了小管径可以在内部存在液态介质探伤的结论,有助于及时满足RT抽检比例的全覆盖、工艺流程的完善,可促进工艺调试的顺利进行,从而促进工程建设进度。
