摘要

职业生涯教育是指大学生在职业生涯理想和理论实践的指导下,对毕业后职业生涯发展进行抉择、构建、落实、改进、完善的综合过程。高职院校对在校学生开展职业生涯教育和职业指导,就是引导学生发掘和发扬自身的兴趣与需求、才干与能力、期望与价值观,让学生认清并确定未来的职业发展方向,构建并实行有计划、有步骤的实施方案,合理规划大学生活。
        Career education refers to the comprehensive process of choosing, constructing, implementing, improving and perfecting college students' career development after graduation under the guidance of career ideal and theoretical practice. Career education guidance in higher vocational colleges is to guide students to explore and develop their own interests, needs, abilities,expectations and values, so that students can identify and determine the future career direction, and build and implement a stepby-step rational planning of university life.
