摘要
针对双相不锈钢在铸坯易出现因氮气上浮形成孔状缺陷的问题,在铸坯上进行热轧轧制,发现铸坯表面孔状缺陷随轧制过程的演变规律,确定可增加轧制道次,消除缺陷。
        In view of the problem that the billet of dual-phase stainless steel is prone to form hole-shaped defects due to nitrogen floatation,hot rolling have been carried out on the billet,and the evolution law of the hole-shaped defects on the surface of the billet with the rolling process have been found,and it is determined that the defects can be eliminated by increasing the rolling passes.
