摘要
设计了一种由主运动机构、加载机构组成的回转式粉末润滑原位观察试验机,下试件(玻璃)作回转运动,玻璃上有均匀分布的石墨粉末,玻璃、石墨、上试件之间的接触副是面接触,通过螺旋传动机构改变外载荷的大小。试验机在显微镜的平台上搭建空间有限,而且带轮质量大则试验台形变大,会严重影响采集图像的质量。通过V带轮的多目标优化设计,带轮的中心距a和总质量m明显变小,说明该优化设计效果明显,具有很好的实用价值。
An in-situ observation device is designed for rotary powder lubrication interface. It composes main motion and load mechanism. The downward specimen(glass) do rotation motion, graphite powder is evenly distributed. Glass, graphite and specimen is surface contact. Load is changed by screw drive mechanism. Space of the device is limited to build on microscope platform. When quality of pulley is larger, then deformation of test bench is larger, so quality of captured images is bad. Center distance and total mass of pulley are significantly reduced by multi-objective optimization design of V belt pulley. This means optimization design have obvious effects and good practical value.
