多索茶碱与布地奈德雾化治疗急性支气管哮喘患者的效果分析

摘要
目的研究多索茶碱与布地奈德雾化对急性支气管哮喘患者的疗效及一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰流速值(PET)水平的影响。方法选取从2016年1月至2018年1月我院收治的急性支气管哮喘患者100例进行研究,将其以随机抽签法均分成试验组和对照组。对照组予以布地奈德雾化治疗,试验组则在布地奈德雾化治疗的基础上增用多索茶碱治疗。分别比较两组在临床疗效,治疗前后FEV1、FVC、PEF水平,治疗前后血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平以及不良反应发生情况等方面的差异。结果试验组与对照组在总有效率方面对比,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组与对照组在FEV1、FVC、PEF水平方面对比,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组与对照组在血清IL-4、IFN-γ水平方面比较,试验组IL-4水平低于对照组,而IFN-γ水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。试验组与对照组在不良反应发生率方面对比,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱与布地奈德雾化联合应用于急性支气管哮喘患者中的疗效显著,有利于改善患者肺功能以及免疫功能,且可显著降低不良反应发生风险。
        Objective To study the efficacy of doxofylline and budesonide atomization on patients with acute bronchial asthma, and to analyze the effects of one-second forced expiratory volume(FEV1), forced pulmonary capacity(FVC) and expiratory peak velocity(PET) levels. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected for study, and they were divided into experimental group and control group by random lottery. The control group was atomized with budesonide, while the experimental group was treated with doxofylline on the basis of budesonide atomization. Clinical efficacy, levels of FEV1, FVC, PEF, serum interleukin-4(IL-4), gamma interferon(IFN-γ) and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).After treatment, the levels of FEV1, FVC and PEF in the experimental group and the control group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum IL-4 and ifn-gamma in the experimental group and the control group were lower than those in the control group, while the levels of IFN-γ were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Doxofylline combined with budesonide atomization has a significant therapeutic effect in patients with acute bronchial asthma, which is conducive to improving the pulmonary function and immune function of patients and significantly reducing the risk of adverse reactions.
