多绳摩擦提升机调绳方法的研究

摘要
针对多绳摩擦提升机在更换新绳后的一定时期内出现的钢丝绳伸长问题,对几种传统调绳方法和现代化调绳方法进行了介绍和对比。使用专业设备进行调绳,可以将作业时间缩短70%以上,人力投入也大幅减少,安全系数高,可增加煤矿产量,提高生产效率。
Aiming at the problem of wire rope elongation in a certain period after the replacement of new rope, several traditional and modern rope adjusting methods are introduced and compared. By using professional equipment to adjust rope, the working time can be shortened by more than 70%, the manpower input is also greatly reduced, the safety coefficient is high, the coal mine output can be increased and the production efficiency can be improved.
