摘要
为研究变速器应用对纯电动物流车性能的影响,以某款无变速器的纯电动物流车为目标车辆,在其动力系统中使用两挡变速器,根据目标车辆整车参数和设计要求对动力系统进行再匹配。利用CRUISE模拟分析软件建立目标车辆和两挡纯电动物流车整车仿真模型,进行动力性仿真和特定循环工况仿真对比。仿真结果表明,纯电动物流车动力系统中使用两挡变速器后,可降低车辆对驱动电机和动力电池的要求,并且有助于延长车辆的续驶里程,降低能耗。
        A logistic PEV (Pure Electric Vehicle) without transmission was chosen as the target vehicle to investigate the influence caused by transmission on dynamic performance of logistic PEV. According to the target vehicle,parameter matching of powertrain in the developed vehicle with transmission having equivalent performance to the target vehicle was carried out. CRUISE software was used to build simulation models of the target vehicle and developed vehicle. Analyses were made after simulation tasks including dynamic simulation and specific driving cycle simulation. The results show that the requirement of vehicle for drive motor and power battery is reduced,drive range is extended and electric energy consumption is decreased through using a two-gear transmission in powertrain of logistic PEV.
