摘要
日益恶劣的电力设施外部运行环境严重威胁着电网安全,外力破坏已经成为输电线路故障停运的主要原因。为了避免输电线路遭受外力破坏,降低电网运行风险,在35 k V架空绝缘电缆制造和应用技术基础上,研发了一种新型110 kV架空绝缘导线。通过计算杆塔相关部件的受力情况,根据杆塔有限元计算和强度验算结果,综合判断110 kV架空裸导线更换为绝缘导线的可行性。最后,选取某110 kV线路耐张段作为导线改造的试验对象,安装了新型架空绝缘导线挂网试运行,从6个月的在线监测和带电测试结果来看,挂网运行的绝缘导线的受力、弧垂、绝缘性能均达到产品设计要求。
        The increasingly poor external operation environment of power facilities seriously threatens the security of the power grid. The damage from external forces have become the main reasons of the fault outages of transmission lines. In order to avoid the damage of transmission lines from external forces and reduce the risk of power grid operation, a new 110 kV overhead insulated line is developed based on the manufacture and application technology of 35 kV overhead insulated cables. The feasibility of replacing bare overhead conductors with insulated conductors is synthetically judged by calculating the stresses of the relevant parts of towers and according to the finite element calculation and strength checking results of towers. Finally, the tension-resistant section of a 110 kV line is selected as the test object of conductor modification, and a new type of overhead insulated conductor is installed for trial operation.From the results of on-line monitoring and live test of six months, the performances including force, sag and insulation of insulated conductor in trial operation meet the design requirements of the product.
