摘要
【目的/意义】社会化问答社区中的优秀贡献者能够经常性地提供优质的回答内容,对社区回答内容质量的提升起到了关键的作用,因此,对社区中优秀贡献者行为进行研究具有重要意义。【方法/过程】以"知乎"社区为例,通过爬虫采集社区上"优秀回答者"问题回答相关的行为数据,综合运用人类动力学的理论及相关的统计分析方法对采集到的行为数据进行分析和仿真验证。【结果/结论】"优秀回答者"回答问题的行为不是一个随机事件,而是一个时间间隔分布满足胖尾特征的幂律分布;其他用户对回答内容的点赞会对"优秀回答者"回答问题的兴趣产生更大的激励影响,进而可以减小"优秀回答者"连续两次回答问题的时间间隔;基于兴趣的人类动力学模型可以很好地解释"优秀回答者"回答问题的行为特征。
        【Purpose/significance】The outstanding contributors in a social Q&A community can often provide high quality answers and play a key role in improving the quality of answers in the community. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the behavior of the outstanding contributors in the social Q&A community.【Method/process】Taking the "Zhihu" community as an example, this research collects the answering-relevant behavior data of "excellent responders" and makes a comprehensive use of human dynamics theory and the related statistical analysis methods to analyze and verify the behavior data.【Result/conclusion】The answering behavior of "excellent responders" is not a random event, but a power law distribution of the interval time of answering which satisfies the fat tail characteristic. The other users' "Likes" on the answer content will have a greater incentive effect on the answering interest of the "excellent responder" and then reduce the interval time of answering. The interest-driven human dynamics model can well explain the characteristics of answering behavior of the "excellent responder".
