摘要
石化设备中包含大量金属材料制备的设施,大部分金属构件在室外大气环境中运行,大气腐蚀问题较为突出。本文首先对石化设备的大气腐蚀现状进行了介绍,然后阐述了大气腐蚀的主要影响因素和防腐措施,最后对防腐蚀涂料现状和防护技术的发展进行了全面的分析。
The petrochemical equipment contains a large number of facilities prepared by metal materials. Most of the metal components operate in the outdoor atmosphere, and the problem of atmospheric corrosion is more prominent. In this paper, the current situation of atmospheric corrosion in petrochemical equipment is introduced, and the main in?uencing factors and anticorrosion measures are expounded. Finally, the present situation of anticorrosion coatings and the development of protective technology are comprehensively analyzed.
