摘要
为了查明木纹型材的失效原因,利用电子探针、金相显微镜、能谱仪、直读光谱仪等对腐蚀穿孔失效的6063铝合金木纹型材进行分析。结果表明:由于木纹型材表面长时间与潮湿的砂浆接触,使得碱性溶液能够透过木纹型材带有微观缺陷的表面涂层而腐蚀铝合金基体,最终使得木纹型材发生腐蚀失效。
In order to find out the failure reasons of wood grain profiles,the wood grain profiles of 6063 aluminum alloy with corrosion perforation failure was analyzed by the electron probe,metallographic microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer,direct reading spectrometer and so on. Results showed that because the surface of the wood grain profiles was exposed to wet mortar for a long time,alkaline solution could corrode the aluminum alloy substrate through the wood grain profile surface coating with microscopic defects,which eventually caused the corrosion failure of the wood grain profiles.
