宽窄扩压器失速机理模拟分析

摘要
针对扩压器在小流量下失速的现象,利用FLUENT对单扩压器模型进行了数值模拟,分别对扩压器的稳定状态和失速状态进行了分析。在稳定状态下,扩压器进口的气体给定均匀、周向射流尾迹分布及轴向线性分布,结果表明轴向不均分布影响较大;而在失速状态下,模拟了失速的发展过程,并分析结构参数对失速的影响,重点讨论了扩压器宽度的影响。结果表明,不同宽度的扩压器存在不同的失速机理
        Aiming at the diffuser stall phenomenon at small flow,the single diffuser model was simulated by using Fluent software,the steady status and stall condition were analyzed respectively. Under steady status,radial velocity was imposed on the diffuser inlet with uniform,circumferential jet-wake and axially linear distribution respectively. Result shows that axial non-uniformity has more important impact. And under stall condition,the development process of stall was simulated and the influence of structure parameters was analyzed,especially the width of the diffuser. Result show that diffusers with different widths have different stall mechanisms.
