奥塔戈运动项目对老年股骨颈骨折患者害怕跌倒心理的影响

摘要
目的探讨奥塔戈运动项目(Otago Exercise Program,OEP)对改善老年股骨颈骨折患者害怕跌倒(Fear of Falling,FOF)心理的作用。方法采用方便抽样法,根据纳入标准,获得老年股骨颈骨折术后出院患者126例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与干预组,各63例。2组均签订知情同意书,能够定期进行门诊复诊及电话随访,干预组在此基础上接受6个月的OEP干预方案,采用修正版跌倒效能量表(Modified Fall Efficacy Scale,MFES)、综合医院焦虑/抑郁情绪测定表(Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,HADS)对2组分别于干预前、干预后进行测评。结果干预6个月后,2组MFES得分均提高,干预组高于对照组(P <0.05);焦虑/抑郁情绪测定得分均降低,干预组低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论根据老年股骨颈骨折患者病情制定的OEP可以改善老年股骨颈骨折患者FOF心理,减轻其焦虑抑郁情绪。
Objective To explore the effect of Otago Exercise Program(OEP) on fear of falling(FOF) in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods 126 patients with femoral neck fractures were treated by using the method of convenience sampling, assigned to the experimental group and the control group. Both groups were signed informed consent. Patients in the control group received regular outpatient follow-up visits and telephone followup for 6 months. In addition, OEP was implemented in the experimental group for 6 months. All patients were investigated Modified Falls Efficacy Scale(MFES), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS) at baseline and after intervention. Results Both MFES score and anxiety/depression score in control group and intervention group were changed after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The OEP according with the elderly patients with femoral neck fractures, can improve the FOF psychology of the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture and relieve their anxiety and depression.
