摘要

目的对包头市九原区监狱系统中羁押人员结核病知识知晓率进行调查,为今后开展监狱系统中羁押人员肺结核知识的宣传教育活动提供依据。方法首先通过阅读文献设计调查问卷,然后进行实地调查填写问卷,采用SPSS22. 0进行统计分析。结果经过调查发现,216名调查对象中,小于60岁的羁押人员结核病知识知晓率明显高于大于60岁的知晓率,高中以下文化程度的羁押人员平均知晓率为77. 99%,高中以上文化程度羁押人员平均知晓率为96. 63%,羁押人员获得知识的主要途径为电视报纸、杂志(126/216),占58. 33%;结核病知识知晓率为65. 28%,经过恰当的宣传教育,总知晓率上升到98. 89%,说明宣传教育效果良好。结论监狱系统中羁押人员结核病知识知晓率与年龄成反比、与文化程度成正比,知晓率偏低,应加强对肺结核知识的宣传教育。
        Objective To investigate the awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge among detainees in the Jiuyuan District,Baotou City,and to provide evidence for future publicity and education activities on tuberculosis knowledge in the prison. Methods The questionnaire was designed by reading the literature,then the questionnaire was filled in the field survey,and then SPSS22. 0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results After investigation,it was found that among the 216 respondents,the awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge of detainees less than 60 years old was significantly higher than the awareness rate of more than 60 years old. The average awareness rate of detainees under the high school education level is 77. 99%,and the average awareness rate of detainees with high school education or above is 96. 63%. The main ways for detainees to obtain knowledge are television newspapers and magazines(126/216),accounting for 58. 33%; the awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge is65. 28%. After proper publicity and education,the total awareness rate has risen to 98. 89%. It shows that the publicity and education effect is good. Conclusion The awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge among detainees in the prison system is inversely proportional to age,proportional to the level of education. The awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge among detainees in the prison system is low,and publicity and education on tuberculosis knowledge should be strengthened.
