摘要
目的分析医学模型模拟教学在提高妇产科实践教学质量中的作用。方法抽取2018年4—7月于我院妇产科实习的98名医学生作为研究对象。依据妇产科实践教学方法的差异,将其分成对照组(46名)和观察组(52名)。对照组医学生接受常规妇产科实践教学;观察组接受医学模型模拟教学,即以依据妇产科经典病例,选择医学模型,设置模拟情境,按照讲解、示范、分组练习的流程进行教学,并采取随堂考核的方式,评估医学生对本次妇产科模拟教学内容的掌握状况。结果观察组医学生的妇产科病例分析能力(88.91±6.36)分、实践技能水平(86.05±7.02)分、理论知识掌握水平(90.13±5.48)分,均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组医学生对妇产科实践教学方法的满意度96.15%,高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论医学模型模拟教学用于妇产科实践教学,可提高妇产科实践教学质量,改善医学生的满意度水平。
        Objective To analyze the role of medical model simulation teaching in improving the quality of practical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology department. Methods A total of 98 medical students from April to July 2018 in gynecology and obstetrics practice in our hospital were selected as the subjects of study. According to the difference of gynecology and obstetrics practice teaching methods, they were divided into control group(n=46) and observation group(n=52). The control group received routine gynecology and obstetrics practice teaching. The observation group received the medical model simulation teaching, that is, according to the classical cases of obstetrics and gynecology, choose the medical model, set up the simulation situation, teach according to the process of explanation, demonstration and group practice, and take the way of inclass assessment. The medical students' mastery of the simulated teaching content of obstetrics and gynecology was evaluated. Results The analysis ability of gynecological and obstetric cases(88.91±6.36) points, practical skills(86.05±7.02) points and theoretical knowledge(90.13±5.48) points of medical students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of medical students in the observation group was 96.15%, higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of medical model simulation teaching in gynecology and obstetrics practice teaching can improve the quality of gynecology and obstetrics practice teaching and improve the satisfaction level of medical students.
