浅谈地方师范院校生物工程专业学位研究生的培养与管理

摘要
为了满足地方院校转型升级和地方经济转型发展的需要,培养高层次的应用型人才并为地方经济转型发展服务已逐渐成为地方院校追求的目标。地方性师范院校由于各种条件的限制,要想打好转型升级攻坚战,向"特色鲜明的应用型区域高水平大学"的方向转型,必须加强对高层次的应用型人才的培养,尤其是专业学位硕士研究生的培养。本文重点围绕地方性师范院校培养生物工程专业学位硕士研究生的必要性、存在的问题及可以采取的措施进行了深入的分析和探讨,试图为地方性师范院校提高生物工程专业学位硕士研究生的培养质量建言献策。
To meet the demand of transformation of local university and local economic transformation development, it has gradually become the target of local university to culture persons with higher level of application and service to local economic development. Due to various restrictions at local normal university, only strengthen the cultivation of high-level applied talents,especially the professional degree graduate student, the transformation of local normal university could be perfectly achieved.In this paper, we focused on the necessity, possible problem and feasible resolution for bioengineering professional degree postgraduate student of local normal university, to offer advice and suggestions for improving the training quality.

Due to various restrictions at local normal university, only strengthen the cultivation of high-level applied talents,especially the professional degree graduate student, the transformation of local normal university could be perfectly achieved.In this paper, we focused on the necessity, possible problem and feasible resolution for bioengineering professional degree postgraduate student of local normal university, to offer advice and suggestions for improving the training quality.
