英法德意四国图书馆员职业伦理准则之比较

摘要
多年以来,图书馆伦理研究是国内外图书馆界人士研究的热点之一,目前对于图书馆职业伦理的研究多集中于对美国图书馆协会伦理规范内容、制订背景的解读,以及国外与中国图书馆员职业道德守则的对比分析。文章主要对位于西欧的四个发达国家英国、法国、德国、意大利所制定的图书馆员职业伦理准则中的内容进行总结,从平等服务、保护用户隐私、提高馆员专业水平、尊重知识产权、注重团结集体、保障知识自由、保持中立服务立场、促进用户自主学习这八个方面介绍准则的共通之处,之后对于英法德三国准则内容的特点分别给予介绍,以期为他国图书馆员职业伦理制定提供参考价值。参考文献20。
Over the years,library ethics research is one of the hotspots in the research of library circles at home and abroad. At present,the research on library professional ethics is focused on the interpretation of the contents of American Library Association ethical norms and the background,as well as the comparative analysis of foreign and Chinese ethics code. This paper mainly summarizes the contents of professional ethics code of librarians in four developed countries in Western Europe such as the United Kingdom,France,German and Italy,introduces the common principles of the guidelines from eight aspects such as the equal service,the protection of the privacy of the users,the protection of the privacy of the librarians,improving the professional level of librarians,respecting for intellectual property rights,paying attention to the unity of the collective,protecting the freedom of knowledge,maintaining a neutral service position and promoting users' self-learning,and then the characteristics of the British and French standards are introduced to provide references value for the professional ethics development of librarians in other countries. 20 refs.
