哈尔滨烟区绿色生态烟叶可持续发展的几点建议

摘要
烟草行业是我国国民经济的重要组成部门和国家财政收入的重要来源。近年来,随着我国经济发展方式的不断转变,国家经济结构不断变化,烟草行业同样也面临着如何加快经济发展方式转变、如何快速适应外部环境的变化、如何加快行业自身持续健康发展等问题。哈尔滨烟区曾经作为全国烟叶的主产区之一,目前也面临生产成本较高、产品销售困难等情况,如何能够迅速认清并解决自身诸多问题,是哈尔滨烟区乃至全省烟区面临亟待解决的难题。本文分析哈尔滨烟区的烟叶种植历史背景、自然环境、烟叶产品特点,分析哈烟区烟叶种植上存在的问题以及产生的原因,并就哈烟区如何利用自身优势和行业政策、如何打造绿色生态烟叶品牌、如何树立良好的客户口碑、如何进一步开拓新市场,提出相应的建议,为龙江烟区的发展决策提供参考。
The tobacco industry is an important component of our national economy and an important source of national fiscal revenue. In recent years,with continuous transformation of China's economic development mode,the country's economic structure is constantly changing,and the tobacco industry is also facing the issues of how to accelerate the transformation of economic development methods,how to quickly adapt to changes in the external environment,and how to accelerate the sustained and healthy development of the industry itself. Harbin Tobacco has once been one of the major tobacco producing areas in the country and is currently facing high production costs and difficulties in product sales. This paper analyzes the historical background,natural environment,characteristics of tobacco products in Harbin tobacco area,analyzes the existing problems and causes of tobacco planting in Harbin tobacco area,and discusses how to make use of its own advantages and industry policies in Harbin tobacco area. How to build green ecological tobacco brand,how to set up good customer reputation,how to further develop new market,how to put forward corresponding suggestions,which can provide reference for the development decision of Longjiang tobacco district.
