北京市平谷区中小学生流感疫苗认知影响因素分析

摘要
目的了解北京市平谷区2017年中小学生流感疫苗认知影响因素,为提高流感疫苗接种率提供数据支持。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,对697份有效问卷通过多因素Logistic回归分析流感疫苗接种的影响因素。结果发放调查问卷1 200份,回收有效问卷951份。农村学生家长接种意愿是城区的1. 79倍(OR=1. 79,P=0. 01),推荐接种人群的接种意愿是认为不是的1. 99倍(OR=1. 99,P=0. 01),认为应每年接种的接种意愿是认为不需要的5. 57倍(OR=5. 57,P=0. 00),建议家人朋友接种的接种意愿是不会建议的接种意愿的8. 14倍(OR=8. 14,P=0. 00)。结论家长对流感知识缺乏、学生是否为推荐人群、安全性的担忧和疫苗有效性的质疑,是影响疫苗接种意愿的主要原因。
Objective To understand the factors influencing the cognition of 2017 influenza vaccine among middle and primary school students in Pinggu District,Beijing,and to provide data support for improving the vaccination rate of influenza vaccine. Methods Stratified cluster sampling was used to analyze the influencing factors of Influenza vaccination in 697 valid questionnaires by multivariate logistic regression. Results 1 200 primary and secondary school students were selected to undergo a survey. 951 questionnaires were collected. The results showed that rural parents' desire for flu vaccination was 1. 79 times than urban( OR = 1. 79,P = 0. 01). The desire for flu vaccination who accept students are target population was 1. 99 times than not( OR = 1. 99,P = 0. 01),who accept annual vaccination was 5. 57 times than not( OR = 5. 57,P = 0. 00),who recommend families and friends to vaccinate was 8. 14 times than not( OR = 8. 14,P = 0. 00). Conclusion Parents' lack of knowledge about influenza,whether students are recommended,safety concerns and doubts about the effectiveness of the vaccine are the main reasons affecting the willingness to receive the vaccine.
