枸杞延缓衰老的研究进展

摘要
分别从枸杞的果实、叶和根3部分,阐述其延缓衰老的作用机制,为其进一步系统研究提供参考和借鉴。认为枸杞作为我国药食兼用的植物资源,有抗氧化、神经保护、抗衰老、清除自由基、抗辐射、降血糖、抗炎等功效,尤其有较好的抗衰老作用。
        In this paper, the mechanism of delaying aging is expounded from the three parts of Lycium's fruit, leaf and root, to provide reference and reference for further systematic research. As a plant resource for both medicine and food in China, Lycium shows the effects of anti-oxidation, neuroprotection, anti-aging, free radical scavenging, anti-radiation, hypoglycemic and anti-inflammatory, especially with good anti-aging effects.
