摘要
工业电子商务是互联网、云计算、物联网等信息技术手段融合工业数字化形成的新型商业模式,既是工业数字化与网络化融合的技术创新,又是企业管理模式与商业模式融合的管理创新。为实现工业电子商务在我国顺利实施与推广,从工业电子商务企业内部管理流程、企业间交易与合作内容、主体间关系三方面分析工业电子商务系统主体间多内容、动态合作的本质;通过构建工业电子商务系统多维合作模型,分析工业电子商务系统合作特征;依据工业电子商务合作内涵与合作特征归纳出合作模式,针对合作模式给出企业分步实施资源型、关系型与创新型工业电子商务的对策。
Industrial e-commerce is a new business model that combines industrial digitalization and informatization technologies such as Internet, Cloud Computing, and Internet of Things. Industrial e-commerce is a technologies innovation not only on industrial digitalization and network integration, but also an innovation on enterprise management and business model integration. To realize the implementation and promotion of industrial e-commerce in China, the essence of multi-content and dynamic cooperation among industrial e-commerce was analyzed from three aspects: enterprises internal management process of industrial e-commerce, inter-enterprise transaction and cooperation and internal relations. The cooperation characteristics of industrial business system were analyzed by constructing a multi-dimensional cooperation model of industrial e-commerce system. The cooperation mode was summarized based on the connotation and characteristics of industrial e-commerce cooperation and implementing measures of resource-oriented, relation-oriented and innovation-oriented industrial e-commerce were proposed based on cooperation mode.
