摘要
应用Aspen Plus软件对饱和湿空气、烟气及加氢换热器混合进料的热物性进行计算,包括换热器设计所涉及的密度、黏度、导热系数、比热容等物性参数,并将计算结果与文献值或实测值进行比较。结果表明,基于Aspen Plus的计算结果与文献值最大偏差不超过13%,满足工程要求,可以为换热器设计提供参考依据。
        The thermal physical properties of the saturated moist air, the flue gas and the mixed feeding of the hydrogen heat exchanger are calculated by applying the Plus Aspen software, including the density, viscosity,thermal conductibity coefficient, specific heat capacity and etc. Then the results are compared with the reported values or the measured values. It shows that the deviation between the calculated values from the Plus Aspen and the reported values is less than 13% which meets the engineering requirements so that it's of great preference for the design of the heat exchanger.
