摘要

目的:探讨萎胃颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状、病理检查、胃黏膜组织及血清p53蛋白表达的影响。方法:将82例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者采用萎胃颗粒治疗,对照组患者采用胃复春片治疗。分别观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、病理变化情况,ELISA法和免疫组化法检检测外周血及胃黏膜组织中p53的蛋白表达量。结果:治疗后两组患者临床症状、病理表现积分均降低;治疗组患者临床症状、病理表现改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清p53蛋白含量及胃黏膜p53蛋白表达均降低;治疗组患者p53表达量降低情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:萎胃颗粒可改善慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状、病理变化,能降低外周血及胃黏膜组织中p53的表达量。
        s] Objective: To observe the effect of Weiwei granules(萎胃颗粒) on clinical symptoms,pathological examination, gastric mucosal tissue and serum p53 in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods: 82 CAG patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated with Weiwei granules while control group was treated with Weifuchun pills(胃复春片), and the clinical symptoms and pathological examination of the two groups were observed, and the expression of p53 in peripheral blood and gastric mucosal tissue by Elisa and immunohistochemistry were detected. Results:After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms and pathological manifestations in both groups were decreased; the improvement of clinical symptoms and pathological manifestations in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05); the content of serum p53 protein and the expression of p53 protein in gastric mucosa were decreased in both groups after treatment; the decrease of p53 expression in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion: Weiwei granules can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and pathological changes of CAG, and reduce the expression of p53 in peripheral blood and gastric mucosal tissue.
