米非司酮周期疗法与孕激素治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血38例临床效果观察

摘要
目的比较米非司酮周期疗法与孕激素治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的疗效。方法自2016年7月～2018年8月在本院就诊的围绝经期异常子宫出血患者中选取76例,将其按照治疗手段分为两组:对照组(孕激素治疗38例)和观察组(米非司酮周期疗法38例)。对比两组患者的月经变化、治疗后血性激素。结果相对比对照组,观察组的月经变化及治疗后血性激素变化情况均比对照组优异(P<0.05);治疗前血性激素对比P>0.05。结论在围绝经期异常子宫出血治疗中应用米非司酮周期疗法,有利于改变患者月经情况,改善血性激素指标。
Objective To compare the efficacy of mifepristone cycle therapy and progesterone therapy in peri-menopausal abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods From July 2016 to August 2018, 76 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment methods. Control group(38 cases treated with progesterone) and observation group(38 cases of Mifepristone cycle therapy). Compared the two groups of menstrual changes, after treatment, serum sex hormones.Results Compared with the control group, the menstrual changes and the changes of serum sex hormones in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05), and before the treatment, the changes of serum sex hormones in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusions the application of Mifepristone in the treatment of peri-menopausal abnormal uterine bleeding is beneficial to change the menstrual condition and improve the blood sex hormone index.
