摘要
功能剂的添加有助于解决普通黏胶纤维功能的局限性,利用党参提取物微粉水溶液与黏胶纺丝液的有效结合,纺织成丝,使改性后的黏胶纤维具有抗菌性。结构表征与功能性检测结合现代检测设备对纤维的基本性能进行检测分析。结果显示,较之改性前的普通黏胶纤维,改性后的党参抗菌黏胶纤维的结构形态并无显著改变,纤维晶胞结构并无改变;纤维断裂强度、断裂伸长率均有所提高;该纤维非织造布的抗菌功能符合国家抗菌标准。
The addition of functional agent helps to solve the the function limitation of ordinary viscose fibers. The modified viscose fibers had antimicrobial properties by effectively combining the aqueous solution of codonopsispilosula extract with the viscose spinning solution. Structural characterization and functional testing were combined with modern testing equipment to examine and analyze the basic properties of the fibers. The results showed that compared with the ordinary viscose fibers before modification,the structure and morphology of the modified antibacterial viscose fibers of codonopsispilosula did not change significantly and the cell structure of the fibers did not change; the breaking strength and elongation at break of the fibers were improved; and the antibacterial function of the fiber nonwoven fabrics conformed to the national antibacterial standards.
