摘要
结合大小井特大桥工程实例,分析了大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋混凝土不同的灌注工序对主拱圈应力和变形的影响,以期为大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥的设计与施工提供参考。利用有限元分析软件Midas,建立仿真分析模型。对主拱管内混凝土灌注过程的应力及拱顶位移进行了研究,对其不同灌注工序下结构受力及变形的差别进行了分析,找到了其最优灌注的顺序。研究结果表明:在先下弦后上弦、先内侧后外侧且左(右)幅弦管交替灌注的施工工序中,结构的位移变化相对较小且比较均匀,钢管所受的压应力也小些,混凝土在其容许范围内所承担的压应力要大些。
        Taking Daxiaojing Bridge as an example, the influence of different pouring procedures of arch rib concrete on the stress and deformation of main arch ring of the long-span concrete filled steel tube arch bridge was analyzed, for providing reference for the design and construction of this type of bridges. Using finite element analysis software Midas to establish simulation analysis model, the stress and vault displacement during concrete pouring in the main arch pipe were studied. Meanwhile, the structural stress and deformation differences under different pouring procedures were analyzed to find the optimal pouring sequence. The results show that in the construction process of the first lower chord and the second upper chord, the first inner side and the second outer side and the alternate pouring of left and right chord tubes, the structural displacement changes are relatively small and relatively uniform, the compressive stress on steel tubes is smaller, and the compressive stress on concrete within its allowable range is larger.
