摘要
基于一种螺旋形状、可拉伸的蚊香形灯丝,通过拉伸灯丝制备得到一种新型柔性LED球泡灯,灯丝采用倒装芯片,利用导热性能较好的树脂做基板,使用热导率好的氦气作为封装气体。从光热电性能方面对这种LED球泡灯进行研究,研究表明:随着输入电流增大,发光效率先增大后降低,最大发光效率为125 lm/W;电流增大,光谱图的峰值波长的强度变大;色温稳定为2 500 K,暖白光适合做气氛灯具;光分布图说明发光均匀性良好;灯丝结温随电流增大均匀增加,电流每增加5 mA结温增加约15℃,热阻随电流增大呈现减小趋势,散热效果变强。
Based on a spiral shape and stretchable mosquito-shaped filament, a new type of flexible LED bulb is prepared by stretching the filament. The filament is flip-chip, and the substrate with thermal conductivity is used as the substrate, and the thermal conductivity is used. Good helium is used as the encapsulating gas.From the research of photothermal performance, this research shows that with the increase of input current, the luminous efficiency first increases and then decreases, the maximum luminous efficiency is 125 lm/W; the current increases, the peak wavelength's intensity of the color becomes larger; the color temperature is stable at 2 500 K, and warm white light is suitable for atmosphere lamps. The light distribution diagram shows that the uniformity of illumination is good; the junction temperature of the filament increases uniformly with the increase of current, the junction temperature increases by about 15 °C for every 5 mA increase of current, and the thermal resistance increases with the current increase shows a decreasing trend and the heat dissipation effect becomes stronger.
