摘要
换流变压器是高压直流输电系统中的重要设备之一,运行过程中不仅要承受交流电压、直流电压和交直流电压叠加,还要承受极性反转电压的作用。为了考量换流变压器油纸等绝缘媒质的绝缘特性,首先,建立了瞬态电场的理论计算模型;其次,利用Ansys软件建立了换流变压器的三维瞬态电场计算模型;然后,考察了换流变压器油纸等绝缘结构在极性反转电压下的瞬态电场变化特性;最后,仿真分析了极性反转试验电压类型的不同对瞬态电场的影响。结果表明:油纸等绝缘结构在第一次极性反转过程中承受的瞬态电场值最大,且极性反转试验电压类型的不同对油纸等绝缘结构所承受的瞬态电场影响很大,为准确的进行换流变压器绝缘结构设计提供参考。
        Aim at transient electric field calculation problem of oil-paper insulation structure of converter transformer under polarity reversal voltage. To evaluate its insulation property,first,this article adopts a finite element software Ansys to establish 3 D transient calculating model of a convert transformer. Secondly,analyze the transient electric field distribution in insulation configuration under polarity reversal voltage of the converter transformer. At the last,the influence that the different type of polarity reversal voltage has on the transient electric field. Result shows that: in the course of the first polarity reversal, oil-paper insulating structures withstand the maximum transient electric field, and the different type of polarity reversal voltage has great influences on the transient electric field. The valuable application conclusions are provided for the insulation design to converter transformer.
