摘要
为了给黑穗醋栗在辽宁朝阳地区应用提供依据,对从黑龙江省引进的5个黑穗醋栗品种在朝阳地区进行生物学特性和物候期观测、果实经济性状进行调查,结果表明:5个黑穗醋栗品种在辽宁省朝阳地区均能正常生长结果,抗寒性和抗病性较强,其中丹丰果实单果重、横径、纵径、百粒重均显著高于其他4个品种;5个品种Vc含量均较高;丹江黑果实口味偏酸,绥研1号酸甜,其他3个品种为酸甜、微涩,因此,绥研1号、丹江黑可鲜食,其他3个品种可用于加工;与引种地相比,在辽宁朝阳5个品种果实成熟期提前15 d左右,整个生长期延长了20 d左右。
Five black currant varieties introduced from Heilongjiang province were used to observe the biological characteristics and phenological periods, and were investigated for the fruit economic characters in Chaoyang area of Liaoning province. The results showed: five black currant varieties could grow and fruit normally in Chaoyang area, with strong cold resistance and disease resistance. The fruit weight, diameter, vertical diameter and 100-seed weight of ‘Danfeng' variety were significantly higher than those of the other four varieties. The Vc contents of five varieties were all at a high level. The fruit of ‘Danjianghei' tasted acid, the fruit of ‘Suiyanyihao' tasted sweet and sour, and the other three varieties were sweet and sour, with a slightly astringent taste as well. Therefore, ‘Suiyanyihao' and ‘Danjianghei' could be used as fresh food, and the other three varieties should be processed firstly. Compared with their original place, the mature period of these 5 varieties was about 15 days earlier, and the whole growth period was extended by about 20 days in Chaoyang.
