邓博治疗神经根型颈椎病经验

摘要
介绍邓博副教授治疗颈椎病的经验。邓博副教授认为颈椎病多由外伤、劳损或风寒湿邪侵袭引起,导致颈部经络痹阻,出现以颈臂疼痛、麻木为主等一系列症状。本病重在未病先防,注意纠正工作生活中的不良姿势。诊断上要中西合参,排除相关疾病,切勿误诊贻误治疗时机。治疗上强调筋骨并重,内外兼施,注重临证随症加减、灵活运用。
Experience of Professor Deng Bo in treating cervical spondylosis was introduced. Professor Deng Bo believes that cervical spondylosis is mainly caused by trauma, strain or wind, cold and dampness, which leads to obstruction of cervical meridians and collaterals, and a series of symptoms such as neck and arm pain and numbness. This disease should be focused on prevention,correcting the bad posture in work and life. Diagnosis should be based on the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicines, excluding related diseases, and do not misdiagnose and delay the opportunity of treatment. In the treatment, both internal and external treatment should be emphasized, then make good full use of them.
