孙宏新应用续命汤治疗肌无力综合征经验

摘要
孙宏新老师通过对癌性肌无力综合征病因病机的深入剖析,认为该病的发生责之体内有虚,外有邪风,病位主要在于脾胃,且与肝肾密切相关。孙老师认为患者因久病体虚,五脏六腑亏虚,脏腑功能失调,脾胃受损,气血生化乏源,经络、筋脉失于濡养;肾精虚损,肝血亏虚,宗筋失于气血濡润;体虚则诸风皆从腠理而入,停滞经脉,扰乱气机,影响气血津液输布四肢,故发为痿证。孙老师认为治疗该病关键在通,可以采用补通、通散的方法,故方选续命汤以补气养血祛风,使气血和,经络通,则疾病自愈。
Based on in-depth analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of the cancerous myasthenic syndrome,Professor Sun Hongxin suggests that the disease occurs due to the deficiency within the body and the evil Wind from outside. The disease is mainly located in Spleen and Stomach,and is closely related to Liver and Kidney. Mr. Sun believes that due to this chronic illness,tumor patients suffer the deficiency within the body,the deficiency in Zang and Fu organs,dysfunction of organs,Spleen and Stomach injury,a lack of sources of Qi and blood,a lack of nutrition in meridians,tendons and blood loss,kidney essence loss,Liver blood deficiency. The evil Wind would be easy to going into the meridians due to the physical deficiency,staying there and disrupting Qi and Blood as well as the spreading of body fluids. Then,the flaccidity syndrome takes place. Professor Sun believes that the key to the treatment of the disease is to unclog the circulation channels of Qi and Blood by tonifying and scattering method,so Xuming Decoction is used to nourish Qi and Blood and to dispel Wind,so as to achieve the recovery of the disease.
