军用机场消防风险指标权重确定方法

摘要
军用机场消防风险因素复杂多样,为消除火灾隐患,对其风险评估指标及权重计算方法进行分析研究。在分析军用机场消防风险特征的基础上,对军用机场消防建设指标进行分析,建立风险评估指标体系;在传统指标权重确定方法的基础上,基于主成分分析法和层次分析法,分别得到客观权重和主观权重;基于最大方差的思想,通过主客观权重的线性组合得到集成权重,并通过实例验证。结果表明:该方法能最大程度减小因方法导致的权重偏差,具有较强的实用性和可操作性。
        In view of the complex and diverse risk factors of military airport fire risk,the risk assessment index and weight calculation method are analyzed and studied.Based on the analysis of the fire risk characteristics of military airport,the indicators of military airport fire prevention are analyzed and the risk assessment index system is established.With traditional weighting ascertaining method,based on the principal component analysis method and AHP,the objective weight and subjective weight are obtained.Based on the idea of maximum variance,acquire the integrated weight by linear combination of objective weight and subjective weight,and verified the weight by test.The results show that the method can greatly reduce the weight variance with practicability and operability.
