罗哌卡因复合小剂量舒芬太尼腰硬联合麻醉在老年下肢骨科手术中的应用研究

摘要
目的探讨罗哌卡因复合小剂量舒芬太尼腰硬联合麻醉在老年下肢骨科手术中的应用效果。方法从我院2016年10月至2018年10月所收治需经下肢骨科手术的老年患者中,随机抽取200例,共分为4组,给以不同的麻醉方法,观察临床效果。结果将各组患者麻醉前后不同时期,麻醉前、麻醉后10 min、20 min、30 min时,其SBP、DBP水平变化对比存在明显差异,D组优良率显著较高,其不良反应率显著较低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论罗哌卡因复合小剂量舒芬太尼腰硬联合麻醉在老年下肢骨科手术中具有十分良好的临床表现效果,可有效镇痛,麻醉效果确切,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of ropivacaine combined with low-dose sufentanil combined with spinal anesthesia in elderly patients with lower extremity orthopedic surgery. Methods From the elderly patients who underwent orthopedic surgery in the lower extremity from October 2016 to October 2018 in our hospital, 200 patients were randomly selected. Different anesthesia methods were used in the two groups of patients undergoing lower extremity orthopedic surgery. Divided into 4 groups to observe the clinical effect. Results There were significant differences in the changes of SBP and DBP levels between different groups after anesthesia, before anesthesia, 10 min, 20 min, and 30 min after anesthesia. At the same time, the excellent rate of group D was significantly higher, and the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Ropivacaine combined with low-dose sufentanil combined with spinal anesthesia has a very good clinical effect in the elderly lower extremity orthopedic surgery. It can effectively relieve analgesia, and the anesthetic effect is exact and worthy of promotion.
