中药药膜治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床研究进展

摘要
复发性口腔溃疡是口腔粘膜疾病中发病率高达20%左右的一种常见病和多发病。其主要特征为复发性、周期性、自限性,溃疡灼痛明显,无其他疾病特征。一般出现在唇,颊,舌,软腭等角化较差的部位,多与精神紧张、内分泌失调、营养缺乏、感染、遗传、免疫功能异常、消化系统疾病等因素有关,中医认为本病以热毒为主,内因多为情志内伤,饮食不节,房事劳倦所致。本综述旨在对目前用于复发性口腔溃疡临床治疗的常见且效佳的中药药膜作一简要阐述。
Recurrent oral ulcer is a common and frequent disease in oral mucosal diseases The main features are recurrent,periodic,self-limited,burning ulcer.They generally appear in the areas where the lip, cheek,tongue and soft palate are poorly cornified,mostly related to mental stress,endocrine disorders,nutritional deficiency,infection,here dity,abnormal immune function,diseases of the digestive system,and so on.Chinese medicine believes that this disease is mainly caused by heat and poison.Internal causes mainly are emotional injury,inappropriate eating and fatigue.The purpose of this review was to briefly review the common and effective Chinese medicine films used in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.
