论《伤寒杂病论》中的“阴阳”

摘要
东汉张仲景汲取了古代哲学精华,结合大量临床实践著成了《伤寒杂病论》,赋予了阴阳不同的含义,丰富了其内涵,使阴阳理论成为临证说理的重要工具,拓宽了阴阳概念的临床实用面。总览全书,考究医家注解,文章对阴阳在《伤寒杂病论》中运用作了概括分析,阐述了阴阳在《伤寒杂病论》中的具体含义。
Shanghan Zabing Lun written by ZHANG Zhong-jing of the Eastern Han dynasty, drew on the essence of ancient philosophy and combined with a large number of clinical practices. It gave different meanings to yin and yang, enriched its connotation, and made the yin-yang theory an important tool for clinical evidence, broadening clinical application of the concept of yin and yang. According to the detailed review of the whole book and the doctors' annotation, this article gives a general analysis of the use of yin and yang in the Shanghan Zabing Lun, expounding the specific meaning of yin and yang in Shanghan Zabing Lun.
